3.1. Users can upload comments and images to our websites and eCommerce platform. In our app, users can upload videos, images, audio, text, and documents to our servers. Inappropriate content is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to hate speech, explicit material, harassment, false information, illegal content, and copyrighted material.
3.2. Users must not upload or engage with the following inappropriate content:
- Hate speech, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected status.
- Offensive, obscene, or sexually explicit content.
- Harassment, threats, or bullying.
- False or misleading information.
- Unauthorized or illegal content, including copyrighted material.
- Malware, viruses, or any harmful software.
- Personal, confidential, or sensitive information of others without their consent.
- Content promoting or glorifying illegal activities or substances.
- Any other content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Accounts engaging in uploading such content may be suspended temporarily or permanently.
4. Payment Information
Payment transactions are processed by a third-party processor called Max. Users’ information is passed to Max’s servers to process payments securely. We accept payments via Paypal and credit cards.
5. Disclaimers
We make efforts to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information on our website or app. As users can upload personal information and content, we cannot control all content on the platform.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that attempt to harm our servers or engage in unauthorized activities. Accounts uploading inappropriate content, as defined in section 3.2, may also be terminated.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. To open a dispute, users must send an email to [email protected] with detailed case information and relevant attachments. We will review the case and provide a decision within 10 working days.
8. Notification
