How to minimize Microsoft Outlook to the system tray

Easy:

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Right click on the Outlook icon in the system tray.
  3. Select Hide When Minimized from the context menu.

Now when you minimize Outlook, it won't take up space in the taskbar.
