According to several recent articles ( theregister.co.uk/2010/03/03/google_personalized_search_explain... , digitaljournal.com/article/288500 ), Google search results are now being custom tailored to your browsing history, contacts list, and more... even if you are using Google anonymously, without a Google account. Of course, there's a way to disable customized search results, but that's an extra step you have to take to avoid being tracked... in other words, personalized results are opt-out, not opt-in. Thoughts? Emotions?
